Spouse Visa Financial Requirment ADVICE
Hi all!!
I need some advice for my mother-in-law (she is British) and his husband to relocate back to England late this year.
They both will apply whilst still in US and move there together.
For the financial requirment can she (th sponsor) and the partner (her husband) add together their pensions in US to meet the $18,600 or they only would consider her pension as she is the sponsor?
Sorry it may be a silly questions but I keep reading about conflicting information .

Pension income from both applicant and sponsor can be included to meet financial requirements.
