Spouse Visa depending on Savings Only
If you are only using savings to fulfil the financial requirements you must show the following amounts, depending on the number of children who who are not
British citizens or an EEA citizens
## For spouse only: £62,500
## For one child: £72,000
## For each each further child an additional: £6,000
Have anyone tried the above path to get a spouse visa and children visa.
I found this information in this website but I didn't found it Immigration Directorate instruction Family Migration Appendix FM Section 1.7 financial requirements.
I mean its not mention that you can use savings only to fulfill the financial requirements.
I will be appreciated if someone can tell me his opinion or experience .
thanks.

Re: Spouse Visa depending on Savings Only
We are using only savings of above 62500 for an unmarried partner visa. We applied on 3 November as priority from Moscow and are still waiting for the decision. We used help of two separate lawyers. I am pretty sure you can use only savings as long as they meet the requirements of the migration rules
