Tier1 General Dependent ILR Absences
Hi...
My spouse got Tier 1 dependent Visa in Jan 2013 and entered UK in June 2013 for 2 months and then entered again in UK in Mar 2015 after 18 months of absence. She will complete 5 years from first entry of June 2013 in June 2018 with 18 months of absence. Is she eligible for ILR in June 2018.

What were the reason(s) for her absence? Were you absent as well?

she had to continue her studies back home. I was in UK in that time
