Settlement Visa
Hello All, I am in th process of gathering information for my settlement visa,
which is the V4F4A, does my fiance/wife need to fill out the appendix #2 documents.
starting this, but wont be forwarding it till i go back to Canada, trying to find out what form she needs to fill she will be sponsoring me.

You need to complete the forms providing all the information about you and your sponsor.
You have to complete and sign Appendix 2... at the top of the form it states:
YOU SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU WISH TO COME TO THE UK AS:
• The spouse or civil partner of someone settled in the UK; or
Your wife provides the necessary financial documents: payslips, bank statements, employer letter, contract etc to go with the forms.
