The cash savings can be in your personal account, your partner's personal account, or an account in both your names. The account/s can be in any country, as long as they're in a bank/financial institution that is regulated by the appropriate authority in that country.

thanks..also.i would like to ask another question. is support from third party is allowed? like a family member, brother or sister to meet finincial requirement?

A family member can gift you money to help towards meeting the cash savings requirement, but it must be a gift, not a loan.
