Quick question: If I wanted to cancel application made 2 days ago, would they be able to get a full refund? I have tried clicking on the button but it doesn't do anything?

I had this problem to, was clicking on the button and it didn't do anything turns out it was a web browser problem. You have to use a specific web browser that they list (I was on a Mac) even if your is MORE up to date it might not work.
I ended up having to use an old version of Internet Explorer that was installed on my PC at work.
you should hopefully be able to find an old version of firefox/ internet explorer that meets the requirements, basically an old version.
It's a terrible terrible system and so frustrating. Best of luck.
