Yeah, I've looked into it and those long shots are just a bit too long unfortunately haha
She doesn't have a driver's license but if we have to appeal and this drags on for a long time then that sounds like something we should look into I suppose.
An update on our situation, especially for anyone reading this for advice on photocopies- all my stuff (the sponsor) including forms and proof of address seemed to be fine as photocopies.
All hers were originial. The home office got back to us and just requested two missing payslips and a statement of employment. So I take that means the rest of the photocopies documents of mine were accepted.
