In your opinion, will this cause a significant delay in processing my children's visas?
Second, can you refer a good lawyer?
Third, to be clear, an application going the savings route means that there must be a minimum of 60,000 UK pounds?
Thanks for your help and info.
Who are you sponsoring? Just children? or spouse and children? How many children?

It appears the OP is looking to return to the UK via a Spouse visa, and may benefit from a different thread.

Good catch: CJ2015's post needs to be transferred to it's own thread as she is sponsoring from Canada and it's not an SS query.

Its actually a continuation of a conversation earlier in this thread. And, it would be more appropriate to address me in the first person, DaveLovesDee and SanDiegogirl. Thanks.

Posters often confer among themselves to agree on the best way to help an OP. No offence meant, help is the operative word here.

You are in the "Returning via SS route", and your current question, has nothing to do with returning via SS route - you are in Canada and looking to return to UK visa spouse/savings route.

You would get more assistance to be in the general MBTTUK forum as my and DaveDees' suggestion.

As it is you have not had a response from your query of 4 December in this SS forum.

But hey..... we are just trying to help .........

It shouldn't be a problem for short stays. How long is he planning on going for?

What does he hate about Malta?

Is it a temporary return to Morocco?

Has he got his Maltese Residence Card yet?
