Just wrote an email to Mike Gapes, the MP who submitted the written questions to the Home Office that directly reference the issues we are all having. Also copied in Jeremy Corbyn as leader of the opposition. Encouraged both to seek proper answers from the Home Office and not the drivel they did get. This goes way beyond simple volumes of applications to misleading applicants and UK taxpayers.
I don't think any of it will come to anything because the HO is obviously just behaving however it wants at this point, but it feels better than doing nothing.

Hmm that question was asked by my MP, Stephanie Peacock... the same woman who seems reluctant to help me further on finding out where our visa is at. Odd.

One of the purposes of being here is that we can monitor each others progress as once we are over the 100 day mark we are in to the unknown. Non of us know whether our applications will be looked before the 120 day mark as part of the revised service level agreement. Nobody on this thread has had a decision and are discussing ways collectively were to go next. I think momentum will build considerably if nothing is done by working day 120.

24 weeks and waiting... emailed them and the response is bullshit.. the application is in process but they don’t know how long it will take.. these people are soo soo cold hearted.. getting mp involved..
