Intend to live together - Spouse Visa
Hi all,
Firstly, thank you so much to all involved in this forum - it really has been a huge help.
My husband( Turkish ) and I ( British ) are applying for our first FLR M spouse visa. I wondered if anyone could help with our concerns.
We got married this July in the UK, while my husband was in the UK on a ECAA (Turkish business person) visa. I earn more than £18.500 for a year so we meet the requirements but there's one problem,
Because of various issues with rental contracts etc, we don't officially live together at this time, although we intend to move in together as soon as possible. I have read differing reports on whether this will affect our application - some saying we must prove we live together, or prove we intend to live together.
Does anyone have any insight on this issue? It would be greatly appreciated.
