I share your frustration. The type of internet should not be a problem. What annoys me is we pay premium rates to speak to someone who I wouldn't even waste time with on a freephone.

The IHS payment is up and running again! I just made my payment for both the IHS and Visa application! Its all printed out! Biometrics booked for Wednesday and hopefully we can get it in the post the same day to make up for the lost time! Good luck to everyone else!

Quick question for anyone that has printed off their application - on my US wife visa application form it says issuing office New York but shouldnt it say Sheffield?

We are trying to complete our online registration and keep getting the error message with Pay For IHS.

We sent an email - they took the money then we got an error message so not sure it went through (but they took the money of course).

I have called the hotline who said they were aware of a problem with the page then went on to ask if we have tried different browsers.. so they contradicted themselves and cant confirm if the problem with us or with the system? We have of course tried different browsers and different machines and from different countries.

Has anyone else experienced this and managed to overcome it? I am worried that we sit waiting and
