How to bring a disabled spouse to the UK.
Me: I'm UK born and a naturalized U.S. citizen. Lived here 40 years. Retired. Financially comfortable.
My wife: US citizen with 50% disability from the U.S. Army. She does not work.
What do we need to do so that she and I can move back to England permanently.

You, the Brit, must sponsor your wife for a settlement visa.
