hi all
I have a fiance in the Philippines, we filed for a k-1 visa but we decided that we would like to marry in the philippines and then get married in the US, so we can marry in front of both family. Any Advice?

If it is a legally recognized wedding in the PI, then you can't use a K-1 to enter
the US. If it is an unofficial ceremony, that is another story. If it is not a legal
wedding, then make NO mention of it to INS as you will then be having to prove that
it wasn't.
