FLR(M) Section 7A and 7B

FLR(M) Section 7A and 7B
Looking at the FLR(M) application.
We are meeting the financial requirements using cash savings only option - Category D.
Section 7A question 7.1 asks if applicant or sponsor is in receipt of a benefit listed in section 21d of the guidance notes?
Neither of us are in receipt of these listed benefits. But UK spouse (will) be receiving child support (not listed in 21d).
If YES go to section 7B
If NO go to question 7.2, so I select 'NO' as we are not in receipt of any of the listed benefits.
Seems straight forward, however, skimming through Section 7B question 7.6 asks
'Are you or your sponsor receiving any public funds YES or NO
My sponsor / spouse UK Citizen will be receiving Child Benefit at time of application .
Do we need to fill out Section 7B relating to CB or do we skip over the entire 7B section and go direct to 7.2?
