Email response from UKVI
Updates:
1 - wife met with MP's representative on Friday, they contacted UKVI today and we're at least on their radar screen now.
2 - sent email to UKVI today (BD60) and got a response within 12 hours - unfortunately they responded to me with someone else's status!
Even though their email subject line correctly showed MY reference number, the body of the email showed someone else's reference number and answered questions that were completely irrelevant to my email. I think I've seen this before in the chats - looks like they simply cut & pasted a previous reply. >
This level of incompetence is maddening!

Many thanks for double-checking my math - yes 60 business days does equal 12 weeks. Thanks also for the words of support.
