Default Different names on documents

Hi, I have another query regarding different names on documents.

My wife's (sponsor) name on her British passport and all documents in Saudi is let's say Mary Brown
Whereas on her Pakistan ID and all Pakistani documents including mariage certificate is Mary ANN Brown.

However, She has have gotten it changed now to Mary Brown on her ID and Pakistan passport. So Can we include an attested copy of her old and new ID. Would that be enough or do we need to provide more documents?

To use your example, if half her documents stated her name as Mary Brown and the other half as Jane Smith then you would have a problem, but the Home Office is aware of different cultural naming conventions. Skipping middle/patronymic names on some documents won't be an issue providing your wife's first and surnames match.

As above; skipping out middle names, particularly if they're are patronymics, isn't going to be an issue providing the forename and surname are consistent.
