Confusion about sending documents
Hello everyone,
Thanks for the help so far. I am days away from being ready to submit, but I have suddenly come across conflicting messages about the correct process for sending documents.
We are applying for a spouse visa for my wife from Mexico City.
I am looking at the VFS Global page for Mexico, and first of all there is a message that says:
However on the exact same page and two bullet points down it also says:
So it is a bit unclear to me which of these two statements is true and applies. Can anyone help out here?
Thanks a lot in advance.

Settlement application - All customers applying for UK settlement, including Priority Visa applicants, must send their supporting documentation directly to UKVI in Sheffield, UK by post. Prior to sending any documentation to UKVI, applicants should make sure that the courier company they are planning to use will deliver to Post Office (PO) Box addresses in the UK.
A scanning process for supporting documents in Visa Application Centre on Mexico City has been introduced for all visa categories.
Thanks a lot in advance.

Re: Confusion about sending documents
You have the choice I think - you can either send or pay for scanning.
