Cant Get My Head Around Payslips
My Peruvian Partners Visa Application Financial Requirements
I am from UK but i recently worked in Australia now living in Peru.. not working
I will try using the work in Australia for financial requirements as I have a job set up for when i return to the UK
here is a break down of my payslips converted from Australian Dollars
Started work on the 20th March 2017 - Finished on the 31st of August 2017
Total of 5 months and 11 days
Earning a total of $48,035 AU or £27,430
The first week was with a different company altogether
The next 3 weeks were through an Agency with the same company i then went to work for for the remainder of my time. I ditched the agency and worked directly for the company
Here is a break down of my pay
29th March £1352

20th April £711
27th April £660

11th May £1368
18th May £993
25th May £1303
1st June £1233
8th June £1323
15th June £660
22nd June £1203

This is all I worked in the 12 month period.
Can I use this for Category B Financial Requirements?
Will the fact I worked through an Agency affect my application?

Under Cat B, if you can show earnings of 18,600 GBP in the immediate 12 months prior to application, AND you have a job starting within three months of return, then you can apply for visa.
Working for an agency is OK.
As you have had various jobs in this period you should ensure that you have all your payslips, bank statements, tax documents and can easily show the earnings.
Don't expect the ECO to have to work out how much you earned and where.
