BRP collection question
BRP collection question.
I received my passport with vignette yesterday with date valid from September 27 to October 27th. Unfortunately I have a "cannot miss" previous engagement on the 25th.... so my flight is booked for October 26th, arriving in the UK the morning of the 27th. My question is regarding brp collection. The letter that arrived with my passport states " You must collect your BRP from the following collection point before your vignette expires or within 10 days of arriving in the UK, whichever is the later." So am I able to pick up on the 28th with the vignette 1 day expired?

You have within the timeframe of your vignette to enter the UK (30 days), that's your first step. Then, upon arriving, you have 10 days to collect your BRP.
Work to that, and you should be fine. :-)

Thank you 😀I know I am taking a risk on entering the UK on the last day my vignette is valid for but I have no choice at the moment lol so fingers crossed for no flight cancellations.
