Being asked for additional evidence (which we've already supplied)
Hi all,
We have been contacted and asked to provide additional information within five working days. But we'd already provided the very document we are being asked for (namely, confirmation from UK NARIC that the overseas academic degree is equal to a UK degree).
We have resubmitted the document by email, and politely requested confirmation that the document has been received, and is the correct one. That was four days ago, but we haven't had a reply.
Does anyone know if we can expect a reply? We're increasingly worried that they won't accept the resubmission of the correct document, which would be so frustrating. Obviously, it will now be too late to get an alternative document if they aren't happy with the one we have sent, for whatever reason.
(I've mentioned this in another post, but reposting with a slightly different focus, as our anxiety levels are heightening as the days past. Other post here:

Thanks.

Re: Being asked for additional evidence (which we've already supplied)
UPDATE, for those interested:
Manila never did reply to our email, nor to my second email chasing up a response. However, the visa was issued on 23 Feb (four working days after our response email to Manila).
So, if anyone is asked for further information after original submission - a lack of response does not necessarily mean there is a problem, it seems.

Your are right. HO is known for not responding!
