Hi everyone new member here, me and hubby will apply spouse visa next month.so here is the case, he's permanent worker and fix contracted to do 48 hours a week with annual income £21,360.But hubby's payslip doesnt have the same total. there are months he earns £1780 and and lowest payslip he have is £1,400(due to unpaid leave) in his contract rates basic £8/hour aside shift allowance and holiday pay. So my question is he salaried? Or non salaried?

If his contract only states an hourly rate then that is not salaried.

An annual amount usually paid monthly.
