I'm planning to apply again after first application got refused. Should I pay for IHS(health surcharge) again and wait for the refund from my previous application. its already been more than 6 weeks of refusal.

Is there any way that I don't pay IHS for new application and tell them to not refund from my previous application?

Seems a bit quick to reapply after only 6 weeks after refusal. Unless, refusal was for some missing documents for example. A new application will need a new IHS payment AFAIK.
Maybe Brit in Paris has a better answer?????

About 8 weeks actually. Yes refusal was due to a missing document (IELTS life skills test). All other requirements were meet.

Unfortunately, I think you will have to pay for IHS again and wait for the refund from your previous application. As long as you submit all the required documents, I don’t see there will be a problem in reapplying soon after your refusal.
