Any NZ Applications out there used scanning service?
Hi there,
I am applying for spouse settlement visa from Auckland, and I used the 'scanning service' to send my docs - never got an email saying docs were received and there is no way to contact UKVI in Auckland (where I sent them to be scanned).
Has anyone used this service, and did it go well, or did they mess it up somehow?

Hey Buddy,
I applied from CHCH and have scanned my docs, on both occasions, was refused first time up due to a bad application nothing else, My first application it took a few weeks to say docs were received , but the 2nd time I got it in 2 days
