Hi everyone-

So my husband has moved back to the UK earlier this year. We are busy saving a deposit for the purchase of a property there.

We are ready to make the application for a settlement visa and my husband is presently living at his brothers house along with his brother, the house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom, and this is the property we will be using with the visa application.

My question; What are the supporting documents we need to submit regarding the accommodation? So far I have the following;

1. Letter from brother (the owner) stating that my husband is staying there, rent free, that he is happy for me to join him and live there for as long as I like, and a description of the property stating that my husband and I have exclusive use of a double bedroom etc.

2. A copy of land registry showing ownership of property and mortgage (none) status.

Any other supporting documents submitted with the the application ie bank statements show this as my husbands address.

Is there anything else needed?
