You don't have to. Buying the property has served the purpose of legitimizing the funds for her but she still can't transfer it all over to the UK until she has her citizenship. So we are stuck for 5 years basically.

Can someone please confirm that a 2 bedroom + 1 lounge property will fulfil the accommodation requirement for a couple, a 12 yr boy and a 9 yr girl?
