hi there , i have 3 kids living with their mother in uk (divorced) , i have access to them , how much i have to earn to get my wife from abroad , normally it 18600 a year if there is no children , but do they conceder my three kids who live with their mom? thanks in advance

As those children are already in the UK you will not be responsible for any immigration for them, they, I assume, are already British Citizens as as such would require no sponsorship or visa in any case. So no, all you will be sponsoring is your current wife.

Hi there , yes im British , live and work in uk? Normally they check if im earning enough to support my wife which is 18600 I believe, do they assume that i have to pay for my kids here so i need to earn more than £18600 ? Thanks

If your children are British citizens then you do not have to include them in any sponsorship i.e to sponsor your foreign wife you need to earn 18,600 GBP and not anything extra for the children.

However, in Appendix 2 you do get asked if the sponsor has children and how much they are costing the sponsor each month.
