Question British citizenship for Elder Children

Dear Members,

I am a British citizen. I was born in 1952 at
Tabora, East Africa(Tanzania) and my birth certificate was registered in 1954 with local authorities.
At the time of my birth my parents were British Subject: Citizen of
the United Kingdom and Colonies but born in India(father was working as a station master under British Government) and my name was into
my mother’s passport. At the age of 8, I left the Africa and moved to
India.

After that I applied for my separate British passport and got it in 2007 as a
British Protected Person and then I got Citizenship Certificate and
British citizenship Passport in 2009.

Now I want to request my children Citizenship who’s born is on 4/1982
outside UK, in India.

As I registered myself as a British Citizen separately
after the birth of my children.

Are my children able to get British Citizenship by descent or Ancestry Visa?

Requesting you to suggest me the full procedure.

Also I want to Know what was my status from my birth till I got my separate passport in 2009?

Many Thanks.
