Staying in HK longer than 180 days
Hi,
I was wondering if I can stay longer than 180 days in HK by going in and out of the city. In other words if I leave HK after 180 days staying there and enter again do I get another 180 days?
Thanks.

Yes you can even just take a day trip on the ferry to macau. When you come back in you will get another 6 months.

You can "top up" your visa by doing a run to Macau, though if they notice a pattern they may deny you entry. Basically, don't plan on leaving on day 179. If at all possible throw a bit of a break into it, maybe a few weeks in Bali or something.
