Problems With Expatriation
Hi
My name is David Bramhill, I was lucky enough to spend a semester on exchange in HK this time last year. As a result of this, for my dissertation, i'm looking at problems with management of expatriates- focusing on those working in HK.. Problems with training/ support and how this affects not only performance but also organisational measurement of assignment success of those sent abroad by an organisation.
