Is there any reason not to start a business in Cancun? Police Corruption - Cartel links?

Obviously it depends on what business you have in mind. Whatever it may be, you can bet your life you'd have a lot of competition. If you have no experience of running a business in any Latin country, then I'd suggest you forget it, fir many many reasons.
