Panama Republic - Help
Is there anyone out there who has retired to Panama in Central America and is willing to share advice?

My inlaws were thinking of moving there from S.Africa a year or two ago, and I did a bunch of research on it. There are groups on yahoo groups dedicated to Panama, though most that post there are Americans, for obvious reasons, though there are other nationalities listed.
