Moving to Bermuda/BVI/Cayman with police record
Hi
Im currently studying towards my chartered accountancy exams. When I qualify I am looking to move to one of the above islands. My main concern is that around 4 years ago i received a police caution for cannabis possession (in the UK). As far as i know this will show up on a police certificate however i was not arrested or taken to court. Does anyone know how strict immigration is in any of the above countries and whether the caution would result in a work permit being declined? Thank you |

Its probably the criminal record report you get from ACPO in the uk - needs you to complete a form, send photos and pay 30-40 pounds. Very pretty, hologram, security printed photo etc.
