Default Boutique Hotel Business - TCI or BVI ?

Hello, everyone,

My husband and I are retired and are thinking of engaging in a B&B, guesthouse or inn business either in the BVI or the TCI. Looks like these are the better choices tax-, nature- and popularity-wise. If anyone has knowledge on pro's and con's of running a boutique hotel /inn on these or other attractive islands, please enlighten us. Appreciate all advice. Thank you.
