Bermuda Health Certificate Questions
Does anyone know which communicable diseases or health issues would prevent one from being approved for a work permit in Bermuda? Is there a list somewhere? I've been unable to find it online... Thanks!

Re: Bermuda Health Certificate Questions
Hi, I am afraid I do not know all the details but can tell you what I know. There isn't a detailed medical for Bermuda but a chest xray is necessary so I think it would be a fair assumption that TB would be a problem.
It is also necessary to provide a letter from doctor about general health, my husband and I are both in good health so there were no issues and I must admit I don't know what the process would be if there had been any.
If somebody had an expensive to manage but otherwise non contagious condition I wouldn't expect that there would be a problem as expats have to pay for their own health care anyway, all of it. Most employers would provide health cover and it is essential for expats unless they are very rich.
