My ONE year Heart Anniversary

My ONE year Heart Anniversary
One year today they drilled into my wrist and sent in 4 stents into me to unblock my plumbing!! 
That was after a year of Angina, many wrong diagnosis and later, being told by BE members to get my ass off to a hospital
Now I can run, (2-4km every day) walk fast and have a new lease on my life in Canada.
I can even thrash my Seadoo without having chest pains 
Thanks to all who gave me that final push to get my weary ass to a hospital, (even tho deep down I knew I was f@cled up) you all know who you are
and here's to a healthy life in Canada, now approaching 9 years
