One year today they drilled into my wrist and sent in 4 stents into me to unblock my plumbing!! 
That was after a year of Angina, many wrong diagnosis and later, being told by BE members to get my ass off to a hospital
Now I can run, (2-4km every day) walk fast and have a new lease on my life in Canada. I can even thrash my Seadoo without having chest pains 
Thanks to all who gave me that final push to get my weary ass to a hospital, (even tho deep down I knew I was f@cled up) you all know who you are
and here's to a healthy life in Canada, now approaching 9 years

and here's to a healthy life in Canada, now approaching 9 years I like the snippet of fact abut how spicy food combats heart disease. Im on medication for high blood pressure, I think nearly everything I cook is spicy, so thats good to know....maybe i may double up on the spice!
Seriously though good to hear things are a lot better for you, and your out of what sounded like a ticking time bomb zone!
