Glad to hear you got yourself all sorted out, and now enjoying life to the full!! Getting chest pains on the Seadoo was not a good sign at all!

I like the snippet of fact abut how spicy food combats heart disease. Im on medication for high blood pressure, I think nearly everything I cook is spicy, so thats good to know....maybe i may double up on the spice!

Seriously though good to hear things are a lot better for you, and your out of what sounded like a ticking time bomb zone!
