I need my LMIA or PER first though before I buy

EX Kiwi Lass is right that with the evergreen line coming to coquitlam it's best to buy sooner rather than later

Our daughter is just going into Grade 2, friends with older children seem quiet happy with the senior school. Pinetree is our nearest. It seems to have good facilities. Happy to answer any questions on my part of town (we live in Scott Creek).

Thank you. We are planning to move in feb/march excited but also very scared. Will have to stay in contact with you for sure. We stayed not far from scott creek at stellar court with the salsa dance teacher, we loved it in that area...x
