I am an Indian Citizen working on H1B Visa in USA, I applied for PR in INDEPENENT SKILLED CAT to buffalo in 9 months back, I recieved my File No after 2 months from Buffalo and later recieved a letter that my file has been sent to New York canadian Cosulate NYC and they will condect my interview and my file is NO LONGER with Buffalo, Yesterday I have recieved my Interview date from NYC Canada conulate, I have recently got my FBI clearence done in USA
My question is:
Should i Send the FBI clearence to New York Canada conulate or to Buffalo
or should I take the FBI clearence with me when I go for the Interview at NYC cosulate and then submit it to them

Unless they ask I would wait until the interview and bring the FBI certificate with

It would likely be best to take the police clearance results with you to your
selection interview, and present it at that time.
