Hi!

I am a Bangladeshi and recently have got Canadian residence status. And the visas are sent to my permanent residence country and I am asked to collect the visas from the nearest Canadian embassy, Bangladesh. But I have been staying in Japan since march'2001 with my wife. I donot want to go to Bangladesh to collect the visa .I want to collect my Immigration visas from the nearest Canadian embassy in Japan and fly from here to Canada . And my visa will be expired within the next 3 months. Is there any suggession/possibility, how can I get the visas in Japan?

Thank you.

No visa office other than that to which you applied can issue the landing documents.
You could have notified that visa office of a change of address in order to have
them mailed to you in Japan. As it appears that the landing documents have already
been issued, however, you must collect them from Bangladesh (they can be mailed to
you in Japan).
