trip imminent: what line to go in at LGW?

Re: trip imminent: what line to go in at LGW?
We've always gone in the EU (but not e-passport) line as a family of one UK pp holder and 3 Canadians. Never had a problem @ Heathrow and would do the same @ Gatwick without a thought.

Yes we used NEXUS to go in the priority screening queues on an internal flight recently.
My details need updating for NEXUS (Canadian passport which I got 3 days ago; was a PR till recently) but I suspect I won't have time to do this before I leave as it will involve a trip to a location.

I don't think you can change a document type online. I was able to change my PR card expiry date when I got a new one but most of the fields are greyed out.

Ah....you went from PR to citizenship, my bad...I was thinking you just renewed your Canadian passport. And clearly I didn't fully read your original reply because you mentioned that lol...haven't had enough coffee yet

You don't need an appointment or anything. I'd just get to the airport 30 minutes earlier and do it before you fly out.

- gone from PR to Citizen with a NEXUS card?
- done changes at an airport just before you fly?
I'm thinking it might all be a bit stressful.
I used my NEXUS to go through priority screening at YVR on the way to Edmonton/return and they just glance at your card.

I always try to ask a customs/border agent and more often than not get sent the the ultra fast lane

I got a new PRC after becoming a NEXUS card holder. I went to the office and the administrator took a photocopy of my new PRC and told me it would update within 48 hours (or similar). Well I went online to my GOES account weeks later and it had not been updated. Then I realized that I was able to update the card number online.
I might chance it and go into the office next week.
