Question Statute Numbers??

Heyyy!

I'm having a mare, Can anyone give me the Canadian statute numbers from the Canadian criminal code I believe, for these four UK offences please!

Someone had the answers the other day but the thread is no longer available.

1. Battery

2. Possessing with intent to supply a class C controlled drug

3. Being concerned in offer to supply a class B controlled drug-amphetamine

4. Being concerned in offer to supply a class A controlled drug-MDMA

Will be soooo grateful!!

I need to post this info to the High Commission of Canada by Tuesday the latest.

Cheers!

I think your hilarious forum name was the reason the other thread got deleted, but I see your name is now more acceptable.

I'm sure someone will come along and help with the query though

from a wiki

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statut...tations#Canada

For crimes other than summary conviction offences, there is no statute of limitations in Canadian criminal law. For indictable (serious) offences such as major theft, murder, kidnapping or sexual assault, a defendant may be charged at any future date;[25] in some cases, warrants have remained outstanding for more than 20 years. The sole exception is a charge of treason, which must be brought within 3 years.[26]
Civil law limitations vary by province,[27] with Ontario introducing the Limitations Act, 2002 on January 1, 2004.[28]

from the links that I provided, it would seem, note I added 'assault'

if you have been charged & convicted of 'assault & battery' & you were charged then its 20 years
