Default Someone Please Advice, applying For Canadian Pr

Hey all,
Need some help here.

I need to help a sibling of mine apply for PR in Canada as a skilled immigrant. She is a high school teacher in my country, with a masters degree. Is there one 'best' state to apply to and where do i start?

Anyone please share experiences, with whatever info you may have. We dont know where to start.

Start by reading the information in the link below. Have a look around the site and you will find a self-assessment you can complete to find out if the person is eligible. Once you have read the info then come back and ask any specific questions in the Canadian immigration section of this forum.
