Self Employed / Freelance tax question

Re: Self Employed / Freelance tax question
If you are resident in the UK for tax purposes, you register as self-employed and invoice them. If you are not sure what your tax status is in Canada, you file NR73 with the CRA and ask them.

Re: Self Employed / Freelance tax question
Thanks for that ... things have changed a bit ... now they want me to be a proper employee even though I will fly back to UK every 4 weeks or so so that I can have all health, dental, life ins benefits .. but I will be UK resident and now presumably they will be taxing me at source in Canada as if I was living there, does this give me headaches tax wise ... now thinking it may not be worth it and I should stay on gardening leave ... any advice would be greatly appreciated ... many thanks
