Interesting as well that landlords are putting rents up by more than the 2.9% legally allowed as they know its still cheaper than the tenant going elsewhere. Did you also see the story that the liberal governments 'figures' show only 5% of home sales are to non Canadian Citizen's/PRs?

Yep ........... but their figures are based on only 19 days worth of information collected, and ended on June 29
Most house sales are finalised on the last day of the month
Question to be asked is ..............
why did the Government not include June 30th figures?
Cynical response ............ because many of their major donors come from the communities involved.
