Yep ........... but their figures are based on only 19 days worth of information collected, and ended on June 29

Most house sales are finalised on the last day of the month


Question to be asked is ..............

why did the Government not include June 30th figures?

Cynical response ............ because many of their major donors come from the communities involved.

If that's June this year, maybe because the 30th was a Saturday. Just guessing.

None completed that day or nobody working that day do to collate them?
