Looking for rotational work or working from home---any help please?
Hi,
I am possibly looking far a career change or a career supplement in the New Year.
I am interested to learn about any positions or companies that are hiring for rotational / fly in fly out work. I live in NS but am fully aware employment could be in Alberta, or Saskatoon.
My background is military so I am use to travel, austere locations and time away from home.
My speciality is in Logistics Coordination and asset and resource movement and transportation. I also have a BA in Logistics Management to back up 25 years of experience.
Secondly, if nothing comes of the first requirement does anybody work from home and if so do they have any contacts, suggestions on suitable lines of work?

Provincial Aerospace in St John's are looking for ice and weather observers offshore. It's a 3 week on / 3 week off job & my Brother-in-Law currently does this. Only thing is that its not 52 weeks of the year employment but rather ice season from Jan-May. https://workforcenow.adp.com/jobs/ap..._CA&source=CC3

There's a really, really good post which although old still has pertinent information about doing 'outside of the box' job searches - definitely worth a read!

As for remote working at home jobs, there are many agencies and websites covering this - however, the competition for positions is fierce. Your best bet is to do a search on Google, Glassdoor, LinkedIn (or even Indeed).
