Dear Sirs,
Does anybody can tell me what is the average processing time when apply for PRS?
I'm 28-years-old bulgarian computer programmer and have lived in Bulgaria.As far as I know the canadian embassy where I must apply is in Bucurest,Romania.
I'd like to know the time because I'm going to work abroad.
