Default NEMA 1430 to uk

Hi all. I’ve read the wiki and googled but no joy. I brought a UK ‘20L Braumeister’ to Canada. My house has a NEMA 1430 for the dryer. Being this socket is 240v, would it be safe for a UK appliance and is there a lead to make this work? I don’t want to rewire.

I know the other option would be a 3000w transformer. Thanks
