Need a realtor to sell our Kelowna house
Can anyone recommend, would prefer a recommendation to just picking someone off the net as we still live in the UK (just got PR). The lovely agent who sold it to us has retired.
We want to sell our house in Kelowna. Large, 4 bed, Westbank, tenanted.

We currently have our property on the market with the Stone Sisters www.stoneteam.com
They keep in touch, give us regular updates, and their marketing seems to be decent.
Our property is just by Mission Hill Winery in West Kelowna.
They might be worth checking out !

I can REALLY recommend Charles and Derek Martin - father and son. Look for them at www.teammartin.ca
We bought our house on Westbank through Charles in 2004 and have kept in touch with him now and again. Last summer we were thinking of selling the place and so met up with him and his son a couple of times. They are both lovely and totally straight. Charles used to barely advertise as he got so many referrals!! He is also an expert on Westbank as he lives there himself.
If you talk to him tell him Lisa and Charles Le Rougetel (pronounced Le Rooshtel) suggested him.....He is a great guy!

surprisingly Bleech didnt recommend them, but I bet he wished he had of !!!
All joking aside, they seem to be really good at what they do ! we looked at a house they were showing and they really seemed to know the area, and they have been established for a long time !!
