Mr. Andrew Miller !
my father went to McGill University for training sponsored by Government of Pakistan in ther
year 1987, did he will get any marks for it, my father had a Bachlor Degree with 16 years of
Education and he has 20 years of experience in his occupation. how much marks should we
score for it, and my fathers couzin is in Canada, put he did'nt put my fathers name in Family
tree what shall we do for it and we have applied in June 2001, but there is no response from
the embassy, shall we contact them or they will contact us, and how much more time they
will take for interview.

If your father has at least 2 years of full time post-secondary study in Canada then
he will get 5 points for it, but if it was just a training or a course shorter than 2
years then sorry, but he will not get any points for that.
As for the cousin in Canada - there is no points for it either, sorry.
If your father applied in June 2001 then it is highly unlikely that he will have the
interview before June 28, 2002 when new law gets implemented, although he still may
have a chance for interview waiver before that date. You didn't specify what visa
post application was submitted to, so I can't even give any projections about
interview waiting time.
